The Centric Air Difference
You get what you pay for! The fans that are used in the Centric Air systems are manufactured in Germany. Other whole house fan manufactures often use fan motors that are made in Mexico.
Our German engineered, industrial grade motors are not cheap! However, if it's quality you are looking for – know that these motors are rated for approximately 40,000 hours of operation.

The noise level is also really something to hear – or, actually not hear. At a very quiet 52 dBA on high,
the 3.0 is whisper quiet.
Two Speed Control
Included with the Centric Air 3.0 is a two speed remote control with with LED display featuring a 5 Timer Function. On
high speed the system operates at a powerful 3054 CFM. Set to low speed the system provides a comfortable flow of air while
maintaining a whisper quiet noise level.
Heavy-duty Maintenance Free Damper
A fundamental problem with traditional whole house fans was air leakage between the attic and living spaces.
This could result in dirty attic air entering your home. The 3.0 takes care of this problem with an industrial-quality
damper that is thermally insulated and maintenance free. Silicone seals are provided to ensure sealing longevity; they also provide phenomenal resistance to weathering and changes in temperature. Silicone seals have an approximate service life of 30 years and remain flexible down to -40 degrees F/C.
Low Profile - High Air Flow Register
The Centric Air 3.0 comes with a high air flow register that reduces air movement noise through the register. These
high-performance grills look great too, so your system looks as inconspicuous as it sounds.
